about us
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, uncertain, or difficult to put into words. Therapy offers a space to slow down, explore experiences with curiosity, and reconnect with yourself and others. I support adults, children, and caregivers through life’s challenges, emotional well-being, and personal growth through psychotherapy and art therapy.

Let’s meet Therapist
I believe people are more than the challenges they face. Our lives are shaped by experiences, relationships, cultures, and stories that influence how we understand ourselves and connect with others.
My work has included hospitals, community programs, long-term care, and private practice settings, where I have supported children, adults, caregivers, and families with diverse experiences and needs.
As a first-generation immigrant with a Chinese cultural background, I understand that identity often exists within many layers, including culture, family stories, expectations, and lived experiences. My own experiences have shaped my appreciation for connection, belonging, and community, and continue to influence the way I approach my work.
Alongside my clinical work, I have been involved in community-based programs and therapeutic arts initiatives that support emotional well-being and meaningful connection. I also bring lived experiences that continue to deepen my understanding of caregiving, patience, and the emotional complexity that can exist within family life.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy art and crafts, spending time in nature, and quiet walks. Creativity and slowing down are also ways I reconnect with myself outside of work.
I offer therapy in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
